Fake Sabong Sites

Because sabong platforms handle real money, they attract scammers. Fake sites copy the look of a real one, and fake support accounts copy real support. This page explains the warning signs and what to do if you already entered your details on a suspicious page.

How fake sites work

A scammer builds a page that looks like a login or deposit page. They spread the link through Facebook groups, Telegram, Viber, SMS, comments and ads. When you enter your username and password, they copy them and log in to the real site as you. Some fake pages ask you to pay a "deposit" directly to a personal e-wallet number.

Warning signs on a page

  • The address is slightly different. Extra letters, a different ending or added words are common tricks.
  • It asks for your OTP or e-wallet PIN. No real login page needs your e-wallet PIN.
  • It asks you to pay to a personal number. Real deposits are made through the outlets inside your account.
  • It promises free credits or guaranteed wins. Nobody can guarantee a win.
  • It rushes you. Countdown timers and "last chance" messages are pressure tactics.
  • The design is broken. Bad spelling, blurry logos and missing pages can be signs, though good copies can look perfect.

A padlock icon does not prove that a site is real. Scammers can also use secure connections. Always check the address itself.

Warning signs in messages

  • A stranger sends you a login link.
  • Someone claims to be support and messages you first.
  • You are told your account will be closed unless you act now.
  • You are asked to send a screenshot of your OTP.

A one-minute safety check

  1. Read the address bar slowly, letter by letter.
  2. Compare it to the address you bookmarked.
  3. Do not click links inside messages. Type or use your bookmark instead.
  4. Never type your password on a page that you reached from a stranger's link.
  5. If anything feels wrong, close the tab and use your bookmark.

The Register and Login buttons on PH Sabong open Lucky Sabong. We are an independent information website and we never ask for your password, your OTP or your money. Even so, check the address you land on and bookmark it once you are sure. Read more in account security.

Fake support

Real support is inside the platform: log in and use Help. Scammers wait in comments and private messages. They ask for your account details, your OTP or a "release fee". Do not answer them. See how live chat support works.

If you already entered your details

  1. Change your password on the real site immediately, from a safe device.
  2. Change the password on any other account where you used the same one.
  3. Contact live chat and report what happened.
  4. Check your e-wallet for payments you did not make and contact your e-wallet provider if there are any.
  5. Do not send more money to anyone who promises to fix it.

Protect the people around you

If you see a fake link in a group, warn the others and report the post. Scammers count on people not noticing. A single reminder to check the address can stop several victims.

Simple rules to remember

  • Bookmark the real page once and always use the bookmark.
  • Never give your password, OTP or e-wallet PIN to anyone.
  • Never pay a stranger to fix a problem.
  • When in doubt, stop and ask live chat inside your account.

These four rules stop almost every scam we see described by players.
