How do I cash in with GCash?
Go to Credits, Outlets, Deposit, choose EPLAY (via QR Ph), enter an amount and scan the GCash QR code.

It depends on the outlet. EPLAY (via QR Ph) showed ₱100 and P2P AUTO (GCash) showed ₱50 at the time of writing.
How long does a deposit take?
The app showed 1 to 2 minutes for EPLAY (via QR Ph) and 2 to 5 minutes for GO TYME.
Why is my GCash payment stuck on "Processing"?
This usually means GCash and the outlet are still confirming the payment. Wait for the processing time shown for your outlet before contacting support, and avoid paying again while it is still Processing.
I paid but my credits did not arrive.
Wait for the processing time, check Transactions, then contact live chat with your GCash receipt.
Can I reuse an old QR code?
No. Start a new deposit and scan the fresh code.
How do I withdraw?
Open Credits, then Outlets, switch to Withdraw, pick an outlet, enter the details and confirm.
Why must my payout account match my name?
Platforms usually match names to prevent fraud and to protect you.
